At Plentywaka, two of our driving core values are Hunger and Excellence. We are a group of people who want to constantly and consistently re-invent and upskill ourselves for an ever changing transtech market.
Having this in mind, one of our annual events set out to teach, nurture and remind us of why we are doing what we are doing is the Mid-Year Conference. The theme for this year’s conference was “Becoming Number 1 With Customers” as our focus was heavy on satisfying our customers and remaining on the top of their minds.
Every Plentywaka staff member from across Nigeria got a rare opportunity to learn from an industry guru as well as a life coach. Our guest speakers were Femi Folusho of The Workforce Group and Lanre Olusola of The Catalyst.
It was two days of informative, enlightening, motivational and fun activities and we definitely have already started putting into practice all that we learned from the event.
Customer is KING and they always deserve the best services.
